Hiyas and welcome to the new Dharma Interior release blog. I've finally managed to create a release and design blog ... Yay me! ;)
To start this off, there are a few things to post about ...
The first of course is the prefab I've built. This is the first building that I've built that is exclusively for sale and was so from the beginning. The first prototype design of that house was built on an island parcel a friend had just recently acquired. I was wondering what kind of house I would build on such a parcel and quickly slapped together a few plywood boxes. When I liked the overall result of that "plyboxing", I took the design and started to work on in in earnest on Dharma Isle, reworking the original design from the scratch.
Although the final result is dramatically different from the first plywood mockup, all the design elements that were in that first model have carried over into the final prefab.
So with no further words, here are some pictures of the new Dharma Interior 01 Prefab home:

Lounge Area
Upstairs/bedroom

Kitchen view on the lounge area
Bedroom
Upper Patio
The home comes in two versions - the Basic version is a version that consists only of the house, while the Fully Furnished version consists of the house and all the Dharma Interior furniture that you can see rezzed in the pictures.
The house sits on a 30.625m x 30m base and consists of 246 prims; with all the furniture rezzed that prim count climbs to 589.
You can see a demo version of the house on the north-eastern tip of Dharma Isle:

As you can also see in the pictures of the prefab, I've built a kitchen ... it consists of the kitchen unit with sink, work top, dishwasher and an induction cooking field on a perpendicular brushed steel work top. An extractor fan unit is also installed above the cooking field.
Kitchen with opened dishwasher
Dishwasher closed
The Kitchen 01
The kitchen comes at a leightweight 30 prims, the extractor fan adds another 4 prims to the mix. I'm still working on wall-mounted and floor cabinets, and they'll appear shortly.
You can see the Kitchen 01 rezzed in either in the 01 Prefab house or on the top floor of our Showroom on Dharma Isle: http://slurl.com/secondlife/dharma%20isle/127/144/25/
And then I'm working on a DLP projector and retractable projection screen which you can already see in the Prefab 01 house. They are not part of the package tho, since I'm still in the middle of learning LSL script ... basic functionality is there, but the more juicy bits (remote controlling via reading media URLs from notecards and all sorts of land media texuture stuff) are still missing.
