Last week i finished work on the Prefab 05, a house inspired by a picture of the front of Arthur Erickson's Smith house. Initially I was uncertain if I should try to texture the house with the "usual" Dharma white plaster textures (the Erickson house is almost exclusively wood), but a quick texturing test confirmed me that I should keep the majority of the outside textures in wood.
The cream stone texture used on the non-wood parts is reused from the outside of my private home, but it fits very well to the wood beam/lattice textures I think. The interior floor is a completely new texture, color-customized especially for this prefab, as is the roof gravel texture.
This prefab is the most detailed of all my prefabs to date, but that has of course a price in prims, raising it slightly above the 300 prim mark (308). I also think that this house has the most living space of all my houses, since the area of both storeys is fully usable as living space.
In the lower level there is a big room that I haven't furnished at all - its an ideal space for a bar, secondary lounge or secondary bedroom (or for some other modification of your own design:)
I hope you all like the new house, you can find the display home here:

So cyas all on DHARMA Isle! :)
