I've finally finished the prefab 06 ... no problems this time during the build, like with its big brother, the 04 - so all delays were entirely of an RL nature ;)
I've been asked again and again if I had any small houses - so the 06 is the answer to those questions. I designed it with a 1500 sqm plot in mind, and since the 04 is still (despite the 05's best efforts to change that;) my favourite prefab and its also the one with the lowest prim count the decision came quite natural to base the new 06 on the 04 design.
So the 06 functions just as well as a stand alone house on a small plot or as a companion, guest or pool house on a plot that already has eg, an 04 :)
I hope you like the newest addition to the Dharma line and apologies to everybody who asked me during the build when the house would be finished - sorry that it took so long :)
