I have finished fine-texturing the Prefab 03 (see pictures in the previous post) and put it into a sales box in the showroom as well as next to the display home. The Basic house without furniture comes at 271 prims and takes up 40x40 meters and for the Fully Furnished version the prim count rises to 783, so a 4096 sqm plot is highly recommended;)
